Part of the Onyx product family — built in Azerbaijan, supported by a local team in Baku
People wait hours — sometimes days — on simple issues. Every minute is lost productivity.
Requests get lost in chats, emails and hallway conversations. Nobody can track who did what.
One or two in-house IT people carry the whole load. When they take leave, support stops.
Headcount, tool licenses and surprise outages eat the budget — and the outcome is still unpredictable.
ONYX Helpdesk isn't just a helpdesk system — we're the team that runs your support end to end, all on one platform.
A ticketing system where every request is logged, prioritized and tracked. SLA-driven workflows, approval steps and multilingual support — nothing slips through the cracks.
Asset management in one register: every device, license and contract. Who holds what, when a warranty ends, what depends on what — all at a glance.
Your network and devices are watched live. The moment something breaks, a ticket opens automatically — we're on it before you even notice.
Not a feature list — real value for your business.
Response and resolution times are fixed by contract. Not promises — measurable commitments.
Requests are captured instantly and routed to the right specialist. Wait times drop to a minimum.
Ticketing, assets, monitoring and knowledge base together. No scattered tools, no lost information.
Real-time reports: how many requests, in what time, with what result. You see exactly what you pay for.
Every customer's data is strictly isolated. Encrypted access, a full audit trail and role-based permissions.
In Azerbaijani, English and Russian. A local team, in your time zone, in your language.
Three simple steps — no painful migration.
We speak with you, understand your current setup and needs, and define the right support model together.
We configure the platform for your team, your devices and your processes. SLAs, categories and notifications come ready.
We handle support — requests, monitoring, reporting. You focus on your core business.
Then run the platform yourself. Start free, build your own helpdesk and scale when you need to — you can switch to our managed service anytime.
What companies usually ask before the first call.
A helpdesk system collects every IT request in one place, prioritizes it and records each step. Past 20-30 people, requests arriving by chat and hallway conversation stop being manageable — nobody can see who is waiting for what, or when an issue was actually resolved. A ticketing system removes that blind spot: every request gets an owner, a deadline and a measurable outcome.
There are two models. In the first you operate the platform: your own IT team works the queue and we provide the system and its upkeep. In the second — IT support outsourcing — ONYX engineers answer the requests and the SLA commitment is ours. You can move between the two at any point; your data stays where it is.
An SLA fixes two different clocks: first response (how long before a real engineer picks the request up) and time to resolution. The targets differ by priority — a downed server and a printing problem do not share a deadline. The system runs both timers on every ticket, warns before a breach, and the actual compliance percentage shows up in your monthly report.
Each customer is a separate tenant and the data is isolated at query level — a user only ever sees their own company's tickets, equipment and monitoring metrics. Permissions are role-based and every change lands in an audit trail. For companies with their own IT team, the internal queue is invisible to our engineers entirely: only escalated tickets reach us.
A standard setup takes one to two weeks: users and categories, SLA rules, notifications and the email integration. Filling the asset management register depends on how much equipment you have — with an existing inventory list the import is a few hours' work. Monitoring agents are usually the last step and do not interrupt day-to-day work.
Your current support address (say support@company.az) is forwarded into the system: every message sent there becomes a ticket automatically, and nothing changes for your staff. We migrate open requests; keeping the old archive where it already lives is usually cheaper. During the transition both channels can run in parallel.
Start with a consultation. We listen to your situation and propose the right fit — with no commitment.
